- Your links aren't 'attractive' enough to click
- You're not using call to action anchor
So how do you know if your visitors are clearly seeing the affiliate link and how would you know if they want to click your affiliate link?
Simple. Just create a poll and put it in your sidebar.
Just kidding. That would make the visitors to leave your site instead. Never do that.

Let them browse your website for a while. Take them to the page where you've put your affiliate link, and see how they react.
Did they see your affiliate link? Is your affiliate link attractive enough to click on? If it is, they'll probably take their mouse over to your link or at least ask something about it. If it isn't probably just pass by your affiliate link without even noticing it.
If they react or at least ask question about your affiliate link, then the chances are you've a good conversion rate, and if they don't then it's time to improve the visibility of your affiliate links.
